Payment Information
Tuition will be set up for automatic ACH draft from an authorized checking account on either a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule, based on each family’s preference. All payments will be set up on the Brightwheel app.
Parents will accrue payment processing fees through Brightwheel, we recommend ACH payments preferably over credit/debit cards due to lower processing fees.
An automatic invoice will be sent 5 days prior to each scheduled draft. For tax and recordkeeping purposes, individual payment statements and tax documents are available at any time through each family’s Brightwheel account.
Registration and Supply Fees
- A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $50 is due upon enrollment and will pay online.
- A non-refundable annual supply fee of $125 is also due upon enrollment and will be paid by ACH draft. This fee will be charged annually during the ACH draft period closest to the family’s enrollment anniversary date.
Sibling Discounts
- Families with two enrolled children will receive a 10% discount on the older child’s tuition.
- Families with three enrolled children will receive a 20% discount on the oldest child’s tuition.
Vacation Policy
To support family time and planned travel, full-time enrolled families are eligible for one complimentary vacation week per year while maintaining their child’s enrollment. This benefit becomes available after 90 days of continuous enrollment and may be used for one full week consisting of five consecutive school days, Monday through Friday. Vacation time must be used in full week increments and cannot be divided into individual days. All vacation requests must be submitted at least three weeks in advance. Once available, the vacation week must be used within 12 months of the date it becomes available to the family. This benefit will begin in January 2027. Tuition will be waived during approved vacation weeks.
