Summer Program in Bowling Green
Session Enrollment Options
(Families may enroll in one or more of the following sessions)
- Session A (Weeks 1–4): May 31–June 25, 2027
$400 for BOJEA siblings | $500 for non-siblings
- Session B (Weeks 4–8): June 28–July 23, 2027
$400 for BOJEA siblings | $500 for non-siblings
Priority registration is offered to current BOJEA families approximately two months prior to the first day of the summer program. Please refer to the 2027–2028 calendar for exact registration dates. Registration will open to the public one week later, with all summer registration closing on May 7.
After May 7, registration may only be accepted if space remains available and staffing permits.
Registration Requirements
To lock in a summer program spot, the following must be submitted at the time of registration:
- completed registration paperwork
- completed ACH tuition draft authorization form
- non-refundable $75 registration deposit
The $75 deposit applies to all summer enrollments, including families enrolling in the full 8-week package, and will be credited toward the tuition balance for the first 4-week session. Placement is not guaranteed until all required paperwork and deposit payment have been received.
Tuition Draft Schedule
Tuition for each 4-week session will be drafted via ACH on the Monday prior to the beginning of each enrolled session. For families enrolled in the full 8-week package, tuition will be drafted in two scheduled session payments unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Schedule Changes and Withdrawals
Following the May 7 registration deadline, selected sessions are considered finalized. Requested changes, cancellations, or withdrawals after this date are subject to availability and may not be accommodated. The registration deposit remains non-refundable in all circumstances.
