Meet Chase Carpenter
Bundles of Joy was established in 2004 by Jayne Carpenter, mother of Chase Carpenter. In Fall 2012, while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management from WKU, Chase completed his senior business plan focused on developing a childcare center. After sharing the project and the strong grade it earned with his mother, it sparked a conversation that ultimately led to him joining Bundles of Joy. Shortly afterward, Chase began working as the preschool lead teacher while learning the day-to-day operations, leadership responsibilities, and business management behind the organization.
A major focus during this time was identifying how Bundles of Joy could distinguish itself from other childcare providers. This led to the intentional development of a structured curriculum centered on kindergarten readiness and long-term student success. Equally important was cultivating an environment that reflected the belief that "It takes a village to raise a child.” This philosophy continues to shape the culture, relationships, and community impact of Bundles of Joy.
In 2024, Bundles of Joy moved into a new 10,000-square-foot facility, increasing enrollment capacity from approximately 40 children to nearly 100. While a significant milestone, this growth marked only the beginning of continued expansion.
In Fall 2025, Bundles of Joy acquired two acres along with a shell building that is being transformed into a two-story, 14,000-square-foot state-of-the-art childcare facility. Bundles of Joy remains committed to excellence, striving to be a strong foundation for children’s development while continuing to positively impact families throughout the local community. Greatness remains the expectation.
